The Girish/Cool Down
The Girish is a 10 to 20 minute Vinyasa Sequence that holds each posture for five breaths, it also that uses the Ujjahi Breath to flow into and out of each posture. This is a great sequence to practice at the end of the day or use as a cool down tool for heart pumping practices and exercises.
Tripsichore's Basic 5/ Warm-up Morning Practice
This 15 to 20 minute Practice will lead you through the first five Tripsichore Yoga Sun-salutations that focus on using the whole body while moving with the Ujjahi Breath. They are: 2,2's, -Warms up the breath Circles,- Warms up the Shoulders and Arms Devlope',- Warms up the spine with Twists Khandu,- Warms up the legs with Jumps Walking Splits,- Gets the whole body moving with the option of adding in and inversion It's great as a stand-alone morning yoga practice if you don't have the time for a full practice that day or as a warm up to choreographic or more advanced technical work.
